Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in client service, are strong communicators, and are passionate about supporting customers in a professional setting. You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.
Resolve customer concerns with patience and efficiency.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding client trends and needs.
Track and follow up on ongoing client requests to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1+ year of experience in customer service, client support, or administrative assistance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
