Responsibilities
- Own program delivery in partnership with the Chief Engineer, managing cost, schedule, technical scope, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DoD customers to capture requirements and iterate solutions rapidly
- Execute on ambiguous technical and programmatic requirements to deliver outcomes across multiple programs
- Monitor program health and make tradeoffs to keep projects on-time and on-budget
- Design and implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, risk, and scope management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering teams and foster a high-performance, creative culture
- Coordinate with finance and business development to develop pricing strategies and proposal inputs
- Contribute to strategic R&D roadmap planning for Air Dominance & Strike investments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Technical background preferred (engineering or related discipline)
