Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ software engineers including hiring and performance management
- Own technical strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product and Design
- Architect solutions for complex, ambiguous problems at the intersection of real-time graphics, data simulation, and interaction
- Contribute hands-on to the C++ codebase, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural guidance
- Diagnose, optimize, and improve stability, memory, and performance across desktop and AR platforms
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while coordinating with broader engineering teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
