Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for 2-3 VP/GM-level executives, coordinating complex internal and external meetings
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international executive travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of assigned executives
- Draft and synthesize communications to bridge information gaps between stakeholders
- Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Provide administrative team backup and support other executive assistants as needed
- Manage competing priorities with sound judgment and composure under pressure
Education
- No specific degree required; equivalent administrative experience accepted
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
