- Embedded systems bring-up and hardware verification
- Power management and battery/storage system design
- Network management and Ethernet switch/PHY experience
- Proficiency with lab test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, current probes)
- EMI/EMC test experience and familiarity with test environments (HITL, anechoic chambers)
- Electronic design automation tools (Altium Designer or equivalent)
- Familiarity with software development workflows and tools (git, GitHub, JIRA)
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level system needs into detailed electrical and hardware requirements
- Integrate and test embedded control electronics from board bring-up to system-level validation
- Develop test plans, build prototypes, and perform hands-on verification and validation
- Troubleshoot hardware-software boundary issues using lab equipment and software debuggers
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test teams to resolve interface and system conflicts
- Create schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation for system interfaces
- Deploy firmware/software images to hardware during integration testing
- Manage system readiness through design, launch, and post-deployment phases
- Support multiple concurrent projects across development and deployment stages
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (required)
