Responsibilities
- Lead solid rocket motor programs from concept into production with full authority and accountability for execution
- Generate and execute program plans, schedules, and technical milestones
- Serve as the primary interface with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
- Manage day-to-day activities of an interdisciplinary engineering team
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and other RMS organizations
- Apply systems engineering practices including risk and requirements management
- Support space propulsion efforts and related program needs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in engineering or engineering management preferred
