Responsibilities
- Drive engineering execution and alignment across multiple teams delivering Menace product line capabilities.
- Manage program roadmaps and 6–12 month milestones, translating product goals into team-level sprints and deliverables.
- Organize and run Agile ceremonies, leverage PM tools (JIRA, Confluence) to track progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Engage with SW, HW, T&E, product, and government stakeholders to ensure interoperability and integration.
- Coordinate prototype deployments and provide field support during customer events and operational tests.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement durable process improvements to improve developer productivity.
- Communicate program status, technical tradeoffs, and business impact to leadership and external partners.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent technical experience accepted in lieu of degree
