Responsibilities
- Support design and build of GSOC and satellite SOCs including assessments, technical specifications, systems integration, procurement, and project management
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and professional development for internal and contracted GSOC personnel
- Oversee 24/7 incident detection, analysis, escalation, and response processes
- Collaborate with Global Security Systems & Infrastructure to optimize surveillance, access control, and security technologies
- Develop incident response protocols, escalation procedures, and coordinate with crisis, travel security, and Global SecOps teams
- Establish and manage GSOC Quality Assurance program, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Create and deliver training curricula, tabletop exercises, and regular drills to validate GSOC readiness
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain documentation for audits and assessments
- Manage GSOC budget and resource allocation
- Implement communications strategy for incident reporting and company-wide information dissemination
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Relevant professional training or certifications in security, emergency management, or incident response preferred
