Responsibilities
- Align program roadmaps, manage timelines, and allocate resources to achieve production-quality delivery across multiple programs
- Act as primary liaison between engineering, product, external defense contractors, and government stakeholders
- Understand system architectures, dependencies, and technical trade-offs to support engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with defense regulations and standards (e.g., ITAR, RMF)
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate technical, schedule, and compliance risks
- Prepare and deliver program updates, technical briefs, and performance reports to internal and external audiences
- Implement and refine program processes, CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge management to improve execution
- Travel to customer sites, partners, and test events as required (up to ~50%)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (preferred)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
