Demand Planner & Coordinator, Battlespace Awareness
Skills
- Demand planning and forecasting in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite/Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Data analysis and reporting (Excel, BI tools)
- Cross-functional stakeholder management across Growth, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance
- Familiarity with S&OP and inventory/capacity planning concepts
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive ownership
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Growth and Business Development to extract and reconcile Salesforce sales data with demand plans.
- Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand profile reflecting pipeline and internal demand, with regular updates.
- Translate demand forecasts into build planning inputs for Supply Chain and Production (materials, capacity, production ramps).
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to analyze demand vs. capacity and present trade-offs to Leadership.
- Provide demand inputs to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forums and align with enterprise planning.
- Report on demand health, forecast accuracy, and risks to inform Leadership decisions.
- Assign production units to customer deployments and coordinate with Deployment Operations on scheduling and priorities.
- Support refinement of demand planning processes, forecasting methods, data quality, and planning tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, economics, or related field (required)
- Graduate degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
