- Experience with hardware testing methodologies and automated test systems
- Strong understanding of hardware-software integration
- Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hardware testing strategies, fixtures, and tools
- Design, build, and maintain automated test systems used on the production line
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and production teams to drive automation and integration
- Optimize production line efficiency and identify process improvements
- Create and maintain clear documentation for test procedures, tools, and results
- Collect and analyze test data to identify trends and provide actionable feedback to design teams
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during manufacturing and pre-deployment testing
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
