Join the Enterprise AI team in NVIDIA IT to drive large-scale process transformation with AI agents. What you will be doing:
Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI agents that revolutionize IT, employee, and business workflows.
Invent and prototype new projects using the latest agentic AI architectures, frameworks, and tools, validate ideas with teams, and scale successful solutions into enterprise deployments.
Collaborate with customers to find opportunities, clarify challenges, and establish key performance indicators and success metrics that connect AI agents to quantifiable business results.
Lead discovery and envisioning sessions with business and IT leaders to shape future-state processes powered by AI.
Build hands-on proofs-of-concept to guide engineering teams toward scalable enterprise implementations. Python proficiency required.
Architect integrations of AI agents with enterprise systems (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR, finance, supply chain) for end-to-end automation.
Establish frameworks for evaluation, observability, and security guardrails to ensure trust, compliance, and safe enterprise adoption.
Mentor and inspire teams, driving adoption of AI agent best practices while shaping enterprise-wide roadmaps.
What we need to see:
15+ years in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or intelligent automation, with at least 3+ years working in AI/Gen
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
Proven track record of reimagining enterprise processes and delivering measurable transformation through technology.
Proficient in developing and testing AI agent solutions on a practical level and strategic scale.
Strong understanding of LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence executives and align diverse teams.
Experience integrating AI/GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, ERP, monitoring tools).
Ability to balance visionary strategy with practical execution.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Proven track record in crafting and implementing AI solutions for enterprises on a large scale. Programming language proficiency in Python, Agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI, hands-on familiarity with LLM models, deep-research models, planning and reasoning frameworks.
Deep expertise in agent orchestration, reasoning models, and multi-agent communication frameworks.
Experience in defining and implementing evaluation metrics for AI agents.
Strong background in enterprise compliance, governance, and AI risk management.
Recognized thought leadership in AI/GenAI or enterprise transformation (e.g., open-source contributions, papers, patents, talks, blogs).
