Responsibilities
- Lead integration of new hardware and software capabilities into the Air Defense family of systems.
- Decompose stakeholder requirements and translate them into cross-functional technical tasks and success criteria.
- Scope system laydown, analyze system performance, and ensure deployed systems meet customer requirements.
- Make tradeoffs across capability, schedule, risk, and cost to deliver operational outcomes.
- Own systems end-to-end, identify and resolve cross-domain issues, and coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and mission teams.
- Plan and execute field deployments and sustainment activities; travel to customer sites up to 25%.
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field
- Demonstrated application of engineering standards into processes or requirements
