Supply Chain Planner
Skills
- 4+ years in manufacturing supply chain or production planning roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
- Proficiency with MRP processes, forecasting, and inventory management
- Experience supporting mechanical and/or electrical assembly production
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to own end-to-end value chain and coordinate external/internal partners
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply plans and schedules in line with demand and component availability
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely procurement and with Manufacturing to schedule production
- Provide clear-to-build visibility and report part shortages to purchasing and production teams
- Forecast component requirements and communicate coverage to stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize supply allocations and resolve supply constraints
- Work with Engineering to track component changes and their impact on material coverage
- Manage consumables inventory levels to support production needs
- Develop and maintain MRP/Master Data processes within ERP (e.g., NetSuite)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
