Responsibilities
- Partner with COO and executive team to shape long-term business and operations strategy and lead high-impact initiatives (new lines, hiring, fundraising, board materials).
- Drive cross-functional alignment by preparing KPI reports, translating strategy into actionable plans, and ensuring follow-through across departments.
- Support strategic planning cycles and define short- and long-term company priorities and roadmaps.
- Lead the OKR process: set company goals, track progress, and align team-level metrics with company objectives.
- Iterate on operating systems and internal cadences (weekly business reviews, executive meetings, All-Hands) to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Manage and project-manage special projects that require cross-functional coordination and executive-level deliverables.
- Scale the COO’s time by managing project load, drafting materials, and coordinating with the Executive Assistant to prioritize executive bandwidth.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

- Base salary $110,000–$140,000 plus performance bonus and equity
