Skills
- Proven experience in DoD/government capture and business development, especially with the US Navy
- Deep technical understanding of undersea systems, acoustics, and subsea operations
- Familiarity with defense acquisitions and government proposal processes
- Ability to influence product roadmaps and collaborate across engineering and program teams
- Strong written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leaders
- Experience managing internal operations and product lifecycle from concept through sustainment
- Active U.S. Secret clearance (current and maintainable)
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities across Undersea Reconnaissance and Strike portfolios
- Lead capture campaigns, author and review RFIs/RFPs/RFWPs, and support proposal efforts
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps
- Grow existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and expansion opportunities with adjacent business lines
- Represent Anduril to clients, partners, and stakeholders, clearly communicating value and competitive advantages
- Coordinate with program offices, services, and international partners to deconflict and align solutions
- Monitor market, customer buying cycles, and competitive landscape to prioritize efforts
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or related technical field (typical)
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant technical field preferred
