Advice & Wealth Management Products and Business Solutions Intern

Responsibilities vary depending on assigned projects(s) and may include:

• Recommending and leading enhancements to existing processes
• Delivering business line reporting and analytic needs
• Capturing and tracking project issues and assisting with resolution
• Support day-to-day marketing and communication materials and content needs

Examples of past intern projects include:

• Conducting a competitive research project on card loyalty programs and presenting findings and recommendations.
• Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilities.
• Providing analysis on a client or advisor-facing program, assessing its success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support a product annual due diligence process; researching current products on the platform to ensure they still meet our standards, and creating and compiling documentation in preparation for product committee reviews.
• Reviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathways.

Required Qualifications

• Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
• Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
