Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join the AI & Developer team, focusing on developers. Specifically, the goal is to enable developers to deeply integrate with 1Password, in order to provide a secure and superior product experience for their companies and their communities, from terminal to infrastructure secrets to AI-related integrations. You’ll execute at a fast pace with a focus on developer experience, user experience, and partnerships in collaboration with Engineering, Design and Marketing peers: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication. You’ll also be responsible to help evangelize 1Password amongst the developer community, representing us at relevant conferences, events, hackathons, etc.
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager leading major product initiatives across Developer Tools, Integrations, and Web APIs
Part time coder, at least as a hobbyist
Familiarity and experience using modern AI vibe coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Lovable, etc.), as well as common agentic AI architectures and frameworks
Technical / engineering background
Track record of shipping and improving Developer Tools and driving business impact through the feature/product you owned
Excellent communication skills, ability to convince internally and externally
An action-bias that won’t wait to create change.
Strong level of ownership with regards to product success. Own the launch and subsequent lifecycle of Developer Tools product from end-to-end
Comfortable and confident in deep discussions with engineers about technical issues or challenges, and potential approaches or solutions
Proven track record of leading multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with web standards, microservice architecture, immutable infrastructure
A strong leader capable of mentoring junior product managers and engineers.
Bonus points for a background in cybersecurity, compliance, identity access and management or secrets management, including protocols like OAuth, OIDC, etc.
What you can expect:
A supportive Product team that will help you along your journey.
Define and deliver on a Developer Tools roadmap that effectively prioritizes strategic initiatives across our Product, Partnerships, and GTM teams for maximum business impact
Interact significantly with customers and partners to determine the key features needed for them to easily embed their AI and developer workflows into 1Password
Represent 1Password at developer conferences, meetups, hackathons, etc.
Define and deliver on a Developer infrastructure secrets strategy that ensures this mission-critical system reliably supports our ever-expanding business ambitions and global customer base
Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company. Accelerate the pace of shipping and learning, while setting and maintaining a high bar of quality and reliability for our Developer Tools offerings
Take rough themes and big ideas and turn them into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance
Partner with design and engineering teams to ship well-crafted developer interfaces in a highly iterative delivery approach

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission.
