Job Title: Founding GTM Lead
About the Role:
We’re looking for our first GTM hire — someone excited to build from the ground up and play a critical role in shaping how we grow. As our Founding GTM Lead, you’ll work directly with leadership to manage high-impact customer relationships, close strategic deals, and lay the foundation for a scalable sales function.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and brings a builder’s mindset to process and pipeline.

What you'll do:
Own and manage relationships across the customer journey, from small businesses to enterprise clients
Qualify inbound leads and drive them through the funnel
Close deals and handle associated contracts and paperwork
Design and optimize early sales processes and CRM hygiene
Build a strategy for long-term growth, retention, and upsell opportunities
Serve as the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams (e.g. product, ops, leadership)
Qualifications
Experience in a founding or early GTM role at a high-growth AI native startup
Success with product-led or hybrid GTM strategies
Operationally sharp - you know how to prioritize a pipeline and keep things moving
Clear communicator with strong relationship instincts
Ability to earn trust with technical teams, founders, and enterprise buyers
Experience building playbooks and processes from scratch
Employment Type and Work Hours:
This is a full-time position.
Although salary is based on a standard work week, a startup environment may involve extended hours.
Location:
The position is on-site in Menlo Park.
