Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain an organized and efficient workplace, providing essential support to various departments, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with basic office functions.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for staff
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
Ensure supplies are stocked and coordinate with vendors when necessary
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
