Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners. This role is essential in upholding the professional image of Sonar Spark and supporting the smooth operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage front desk calendar
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
Support internal teams with general clerical duties
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
1+ years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
