We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of production processes by managing tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining workflow accuracy.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and coordinating daily production schedules
Monitor production timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with supervisors and department leads to ensure goals are met
Maintain accurate records of production activities
Prepare materials and supplies for ongoing and upcoming projects
Conduct routine quality checks to support performance standards
Troubleshoot workflow issues and support resolution efforts

Proven experience in a support or assistant role within a production or operational environment
