We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our internal communications team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, editing, and distributing written materials, helping to ensure all messaging aligns with company goals and values. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and editing internal announcements, newsletters, memos, and reports
Support the coordination of company-wide communications campaigns
Maintain consistency and accuracy in written communication across departments
Assist in preparing presentations, communication toolkits, and briefing materials
Ensure communication materials follow company style guides and standards
Conduct research and compile data to support communication initiatives
Collaborate with departments to gather content and ensure timely message delivery
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or writing-related role
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and grammar skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
