We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure performance excellence across a growing team. Key Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and lead a team of staff members in daily operational activities
Delegate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and team meetings
Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and team cohesion
Collaborate with upper management to align goals and report team progress
Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work culture
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to motivate teams and handle pressure in a results-driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
