Sharpcontra is seeking a motivated and visionary Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about leadership, team development, and organizational strategy. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client-facing teams to implement leadership training, facilitate workshops, and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs.
Facilitate training sessions and support group workshops for client teams.
Conduct research on best practices in leadership, organizational culture, and team performance.
Collaborate with project teams to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Monitor leadership KPIs and track participant progress.
Support strategic planning sessions and talent development projects.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, consulting, or team facilitation.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and interest in people development.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
