Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and visionary Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about leadership strategy, organizational development, and team empowerment. You will work closely with senior leadership to design, implement, and evaluate development programs that foster high-performing leaders within the company and for our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and execution of leadership training programs and initiatives
Support organizational development strategies focused on talent growth and team effectiveness
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify leadership development needs
Conduct leadership assessments and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Monitor progress and effectiveness of leadership programs and report insights
Facilitate workshops, team-building sessions, and leadership forums
Contribute to culture-building efforts that align with Shine Social Brand’s values and mission
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or HR support
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Proactive mindset and a passion for cultivating growth in individuals and teams
Knowledge of leadership development models and performance tools is a plus
