Hype Tier is seeking a driven and organized Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. This entry-level role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in business development and client relations. You will work directly with senior representatives and managers to support client projects, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing client accounts and ensuring service satisfaction

  • Coordinate project updates and timelines with internal teams

  • Support the execution of account strategies and deliverables

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations

  • Research client industries and identify growth opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records and client communications

  • Contribute to cross-functional teamwork and process improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing or business-related role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Professional demeanor and willingness to learn
