Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

Support onboarding of new clients and facilitate seamless transitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
