Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. This role will support the planning and execution of various corporate, community, and private events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be passionate about creating seamless and engaging experiences for attendees.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and scheduling.
Support the Events Manager in budget tracking, vendor communication, and contract management.
Prepare and maintain event materials, timelines, and checklists.
Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee support.
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth execution.
Provide post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
