About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and energetic Event Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on involvement in event planning and execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to support memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events.
Support event staff with logistics, including managing materials, equipment, and guest flow.
Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and prepared according to plan.
Collaborate with team members to execute event schedules efficiently.
Provide on-site assistance during events, addressing immediate needs as they arise.
Help maintain inventory of event supplies and report any shortages.
Assist with post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and reporting.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take direction.
