Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Identify client needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Monitor client account status and conduct regular reviews.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports and client updates as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or relationship management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
