Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Tampa. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and a high standard of care. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and support
Maintain strong and lasting client relationships through timely follow-ups and proactive communication
Process client requests, documentation, and service updates with accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient client service delivery
Monitor client feedback and help identify areas for process improvement
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in company systems
Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting account management activities
Uphold company standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
Experience with CRM tools or database systems is a plus
