Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to lead our support team and ensure exceptional service across all client interactions. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day support operations, mentoring team members, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer support team.
Develop and implement support policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Monitor support metrics and generate reports on team performance.
Resolve complex customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
