SVP, Customer Success

Genius Sports is a global leader in sports data, technology and digital solutions, partnering with top leagues and media organizations to power fan engagement and advertising through the FANHub platform. The SVP, Customer Success will lead the global Customer Success organization for advertising products, driving client satisfaction, retention, revenue expansion and operational excellence across programmatic and fan-engagement revenue lines.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, programmatic media and audience engagement platforms
  • Proven ability to scale and manage Customer Success teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving account expansion and revenue retention
  • Data-driven decision making and experience using analytics to optimize customer outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Customer Success function supporting FANHub advertising products.
  • Drive revenue expansion and retention via upsell, cross-sell and strategic account growth.
  • Oversee onboarding, deals desk, campaign execution and ongoing account management to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing Customer Success team, fostering accountability and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to refine GTM strategies and improve platform capabilities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product development and drive customer advocacy.
  • Define, track and act on KPIs and performance metrics to improve customer outcomes and business impact.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
