  • Type: Full-Time, ON- SITE 
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Receptionist to join our home care operations team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our 24/7 Client Care Line during business hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a strong sense of empathy when engaging with clients and caregivers. A genuine commitment to supporting high-quality home care services is essential.

Customer Service Receptionist Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and composure.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and data entry systems; experience with WellSky is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Call Management

  • Manager Client Care Line, handling 80-120 calls daily
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, identifying the caller’s needs, addressing concerns when possible, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Assess and resolve caller issues directly when appropriate or escalate and hand off to the relevant team member or department for further support.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with internal team members via email, ensuring all correspondence is properly documented and supports timely coordination and follow-up

Administrative Support

  • Accurately update client and caregiver profiles and schedules in WellSky in real time.
  • Coordinate and send monthly birthday cards to clients and caregivers.
  • Assemble and distribute client information packets for new and existing clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including assistance with special projects as assigned.
