Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Manage client accounts, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client accounts.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency.
