Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our growth strategies and client acquisition efforts. This role involves conducting market research, managing outreach processes, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong internal coordination to support the business development team.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and client outreach
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Maintain CRM records and track prospecting activities
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Support the preparation of performance reports and development strategies
Help evaluate market trends and competitor activities to refine business approaches
