Strategic Partner Engagement Manager (Anticipated)

Agile Six is a fully remote, people-first company that partners with federal and state agencies to deliver human-centered digital solutions. They are seeking a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end partner success for a new digital platform—negotiating agreements, translating agency use cases into implementation plans, driving onboarding and training, cultivating a multi-agency community, and using metrics and feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

Skills

  • Proven negotiation and agreement orchestration in public-sector or regulated environments
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding and training programs
  • Community-building and moderation (forums, Slack/Teams, user groups)
  • Ability to define and report success metrics and use data to drive improvements
  • Strong facilitation, remote communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in self-managed, cross-functional agile teams
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to support partner success and improve outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, formalize, and manage partnership agreements capturing legal, security, and financial requirements
  • Translate agency workflows into platform configurations and publish role-based onboarding playbooks
  • Design and deliver live, virtual, and on-demand training and micro-learning materials
  • Stand up and moderate a multi-agency partner community (Slack/Teams, virtual meetups, Q&A forum)
  • Collect community sentiment and feature ideas and package insights for product and leadership
  • Establish partner-health dashboards and track adoption KPIs (time-to-first-award, NPS, ticket MTTR)
  • Run triage and escalation processes to resolve onboarding blockers and cross-functional issues
  • Facilitate partner co-design onboarding subgroup and publish quarterly retrospectives
  • Contribute to hiring, outreach, and communities of practice as needed

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
