Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops, interviews, and sessions to elicit and document as‑is processes
- Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
- Perform gap analysis and design to‑be process solutions aligned to client needs and GSI capabilities
- Create standardized process maps, SOPs, narratives, SLAs, and maintain a central documentation repository
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, R&D, Design, PMs) to define success metrics and KPIs
- Prepare process packages and knowledge transfer materials for outsourcing/GSI enablement
- Facilitate consensus building across impacted teams and support change adoption
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black) or CBAP certification (preferred)
