We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI Technical Operations Lead to join our team. This is a new, strategic role that will be at the forefront of our AI adoption efforts. You will be responsible for defining, sourcing, and integrating cutting-edge AI tools to solve real business problems and enhance our team’s productivity.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work directly with teams across the organization to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement AI-powered solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and demonstrate a clear return on investment for the tools you introduce.
Sourcing & Vetting AI Tools: Research and evaluate a wide range of AI tools and platforms, assessing their features, security, scalability, and potential for integration with our existing systems.
Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead the implementation of new AI tools from initial discovery to full deployment. This includes gathering requirements from various teams, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Workflow Design & Integration: Create and document new workflows that leverage AI to streamline processes and solve operational pain points. You’ll also manage the technical integration of these tools with our internal software and systems.
Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all implemented AI tools to ensure they are delivering measurable value to the business.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all AI tool-related questions and feedback. You will train teams on new tools, address pain points, and champion the use of AI throughout the organization.
Proven experience in project management, business systems analysis, or an operations-focused role, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and familiarity with a range of AI tools and platforms (e.g., GenAI, RPA, LLMs, data analysis platforms, etc).
Experience in integrating new software or tools with existing systems. This includes a working knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and low-code/no-code workflow creation.
Demonstrated ability to measure and report on project ROI and performance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with non-technical stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear business value.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, “get-it-done” attitude.
You are most comfortable in organizations with well-established processes and a high degree of structure. We are a rapidly scaling start-up doing many things for the first time. Learning on the fly is a must.
You are accustomed to managing teams or delegating significant amounts of Operations projects to others. This is a senior-level IC position. You will have all the support and access you need to roll up your sleeves and do the work.
You can't explain the impact of your work using numbers. Success in this role will be predicated on cost and time savings, and both will be measured.
This is a critical hire for LucidLink as we integrate AI solutions and training into our everyday operating rhythm. Over the course of multiple interviews, we'll assess for key competencies, introduce you to cross-functional stakeholders, and provide an opportunity to ask the questions you need to evaluate whether LucidLink is the right employer for you. Here's what you can expect from our interview process:
Initial Interview with a LucidLink Recruiter
Hiring Manager Interview
Technical Interview
