Role
Adaptive is seeking a GTM Recruiting Associate (Sourcer/Coordinator) based in either NYC or LA to keep our high-speed hiring process running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling interviews, ensuring every candidate has a five-star experience, and serving as the face of our recruiting team for onsite interviews. You’ll also partner with our recruiters to proactively source candidates for priority roles — helping us build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a smooth, high-quality candidate experience
Act as the face of the recruiting team for onsite interviews — greeting candidates, prepping rooms, managing logistics
Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones
Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby ATS
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts with speed and professionalism
Assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other tools
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Support recruiting operations projects to improve process and efficiency
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, administrative support, customer service, or operations in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Ashby or another applicant tracking system
Strong sourcing skills or interest in developing them
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Friendly, professional communicator — in person, over email, and via Slack
Ability to problem-solve independently, adapt quickly, and stay calm under pressure
Environment
This is a full-time role based in our NYC Flatiron or LA office and requires being onsite 5 days a week.
