Growth Marketing Manager

Join us as a Growth Product Manager and become the driving force behind building and executing Zeely’s growth strategy. We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented professional who can quickly adapt, take ownership, and foster cross-team collaboration. In this role, you’ll have full autonomy over your funnels and a direct impact on product growth and company revenue.

Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.

We already have 150,000+ users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-5 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 90 specialists.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Optimizing the onboarding quiz funnel to increase user conversion.

  • Identifying and implementing new monetization strategies, expanding additional revenue streams.

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Designing, launching, and running A/B tests to validate hypotheses.

  • Exploring and testing new channels and communication approaches to improve user acquisition.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Manager or in a related role.

  • Hands-on experience with quiz funnels and monetization flows.

  • Proven track record of running and analyzing A/B tests.

  • Experience working with data analysis tools (Looker, Amplitude, Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.).

  • Understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition channels.

  • Solid experience working with subscription-based models.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with activation, payments, upsells, referral mechanics, cancellation flows, and user resurrection.
