About the Role:
Voker is seeking a Growth Marketing Consultant to shape and lead our growth initiatives, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, experimentation, and high-level execution. This role will be pivotal in defining and optimizing our customer acquisition strategies, refining our product positioning, and driving measurable business expansion.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned growth marketer with deep experience in scaling B2B SaaS products, comfortable moving between strategic leadership and selective, hands-on implementation. They should have experience growing seed stage SaaS products to $100K MRR. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, run growth experiments, and guide the execution of the most impactful tactics across organic and paid marketing.
This is a part-time, flexible role — perfect for a senior marketer who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys working closely with founders, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with scrappy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead Voker’s growth strategy to drive consistent customer acquisition, leaning heavily towards durable organic channels before investing in paid marketing.
Experiment with and evaluate PLG growth motions, identifying the right channel composition to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through market research, customer segmentation, and data analysis.
Partner with leadership to align growth initiatives with company objectives and product roadmap.
Oversee performance marketing, organic channels, and experimentation, focusing on high-impact, scalable strategies.
Provide strategic direction and light oversight for content, social, and lifecycle marketing.
Collaborate closely with the product team to refine go-to-market positioning and messaging.
Use data and analytics to measure results, generate insights, and continuously iterate on strategies.
Guide or mentor junior team members or contractors involved in tactical execution.
Qualifications:
5–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with significant exposure to scaling B2B SaaS products.
Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable acquisition and retention.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEM rush, etc.
Deep understanding of multi-channel growth tactics, including performance marketing, organic growth, partnerships, and conversion optimization.
Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution of key initiatives when needed.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
Comfortable in early-stage, dynamic environments, where priorities shift quickly and resourcefulness is key.
