The Customer Success team partners with high-impact Enterprise customers to drive adoption, deliver measurable outcomes, and grow long-term value. Webflow is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor, lead account strategy, coordinate cross-functional partners, and drive renewals and expansion.

Skills

  • Proven Enterprise customer advisory and account management experience in SaaS or digital experience environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop data-driven account plans
  • Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences
  • Project and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams
  • Comfort with emerging technologies (including AI) and translating technical capabilities into business value

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations from executives to day-to-day users
  • Develop and execute account success plans that drive adoption, impact, and measurable business outcomes
  • Identify expansion opportunities and translate product capabilities into customer value
  • Run executive-level reviews to surface progress, risks, and results
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical Architects, and Services to ensure successful launches and scalable implementations
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product and process improvements

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
