Responsibilities
- Represent and communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand to customers and team members
- Execute and improve store operations to meet financial targets and customer experience goals
- Manage daily scheduling, payroll, and staffing for the entire store team
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors
- Lead biannual performance and development reviews for each team member
- Coordinate store events and local marketing initiatives with the Marketing team
- Implement and refine procedures for inventory protection, loss prevention, and risk management
- Ensure adherence to company-wide processes and maintain brand consistency
- Monitor sales metrics, track performance, and take corrective actions to hit targets
- Create an inclusive, respectful workplace culture and deliver exceptional customer service
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred
- Optical/optician certification or experience a plus
