Senior Test Site Coordinator
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and inventory management

- Proactive approach to restocking and site maintenance
- Comfort working outdoors and in field environments
- Basic mechanical or electrical familiarity (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory for day-to-day planning and deployments
- Assist Test Engineers with flight execution, material prep, and test profile support
- Coordinate event preparation for client visits and high-profile demonstrations
- Manage deployment and demonstration equipment (TVs, coolers, tools, etc.) and ensure readiness
- Support product installations and on-site equipment maintenance
- Oversee site upkeep, office supplies, cleanliness, and basic facility tasks
- Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships and local logistics
- Drive between on-site locations and into town as required
- Support other test sites as needed (travel requirement)
Education
- GED or equivalent required
- Technical coursework or hands-on mechanical/electrical training preferred
