- Experience with software-defined radios (SDRs) in SIGINT applications
- Familiarity with wireless communications protocols (AM, FM, BPSK, QPSK, QAM)
- Modeling and simulation of signal processing algorithms
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals for antennas and receiving systems
- System integration and lab/customer test experience
- Technical documentation and test plan development
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and test components for SIGINT systems following established architectures.
- Model, simulate, integrate, test, and analyze signal processing algorithms.
- Support system integration and testing in the lab and at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware technical issues.
- Contribute to system requirements development and Systems Engineering artifacts.
- Perform technical trade studies, prepare test plans, procedures, and design documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and technical interchange meetings with cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (required)
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred)
