- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness and ability to travel ~50% and relocate to be onsite in Mountain View, CA
Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCB/PCBA commodity strategies from NPI to full production across business lines
- Assess and qualify suppliers' facilities, production capabilities, and layouts for inclusion on the Approved Supplier List
- Coordinate with Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure supplier compliance with part quality criteria
- Bring up new production tooling and lines at supplier sites to meet performance, quality, and demand requirements
- Plan and execute supplier capacity expansion and production ramp-up activities
- Establish and drive Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process performance reviews at suppliers
- Identify and implement product and process improvements to reduce cost, risk, and defects while improving cycle time
- Support root cause investigations and close corrective/preventative actions with suppliers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field (required)
