Responsibilities
- Lead design and bring-up of production lines and factory layouts in collaboration with Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering, Ops, and Material Flow
- Develop and maintain capacity models, ramp plans, and labor planning to define capex and throughput needs
- Design workstations and production lines using CAD and simulation to meet throughput and quality targets
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and variability drivers through cross-functional projects
- Drive deployment and harmonization of industrial engineering practices across Anduril sites
- Mentor and grow Industrial Engineering team members; standardize tools and internal processes
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to evaluate build scenarios and align factory strategy for future sites
- Use data analytics to measure, recommend, and validate process improvements and production changes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering, operations, or business is a plus
