The Global Digital Sales team is a new team responsible for building out a digital response and sales coverage engine supporting multiple digital sales centers, enabling Visa to accelerate growth, leveraging continuous innovation with an optimized sales model while building deeper relationships with our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded individual to oversee Digital Sales Compensation Operations to support our growing organization. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 120,900 to 206,350 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
